At Turn Key Home Solutions, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds for consultations and service agreements.

Consultation Appointments

Clients may cancel or reschedule a free consultation at any time. We appreciate as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

Project Cancellations

• If a service agreement has been signed and a project is scheduled, cancellation requests must be made in writing.
  
  

• Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on materials ordered and time invested.
  
  

• If work has already started, any refund will be based on the uncompleted portion of the project minus labor and materials already used.
  
  

Deposits

Deposits made to secure scheduling or materials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
